Tiga penghargaan di antaranya, Daesang (penghargaan utama) untuk kategori Artist of the Year, Album of the Year melalui album Map of the Soul:7 dan Song of the Year serta lagu Dynamite.

pihak penyelenggara MMA 2020 juga mengumumkan Top 10 Artist yakni grup idola K-pop Bangtan Sonyeondan (BTS), penyanyi Lim Young-woong, IZ*ONE, Baekhyun EXO, IU, Oh My Girl, Baek Yerin, Kim Hoo-jong, Zico Block B dan BLACKPINK.
